Mastercard Worlds 2024 Viewing Experience

Gaming is not just about playing together; it’s about being part of a dedicated online community. As one of the main sponsors of the League of Legends World Championship, Mastercard was determined to turn its sponsorship into a unique offline experience for gamers. We created a multi-week experience that began on social media and culminated in a highly anticipated event and successfully repositioned Mastercard within the gaming community, shifting from traditional environmental branding to delivering immersive community experiences rooted in a deep understanding of gaming and especially League of Legends fans. The campaign achieved a total reach of 2.18 million, generated 772,000 views, and engaged users for 2,625 hours on site.
